World Changers
Updated: Aug 3, 2023
Recently I've been sitting here thinking about all the madness going on all over the world-shootings, suicides, wars, evil, etc. It just makes me wonder, "How can people not have a

relationship with God?" Working in healthcare, I hear so many traumatic life stories from people of all ages and I just thank God for the relationship I have with Him. Granted you will go through ups and downs in life but there is a peace so strong that ONLY God offers. We should be praying constantly for a sane mind, discernment, understanding, wisdom, safety over our job, over family, everything!! We have to face reality, tomorrow is not promised for anybody. I've had several dreams of the world being in a "destructive state" and this is simply a representation of people's mindset. The enemy was sent to kill, steal and destroy! We can't allow the enemy to let our mind run rampant. We have to stand our ground as children of God.
Pray for others and not just people you know. Lend a helping hand, give a encouraging word, spread love. You never know whose life you could be saving. Do more to spread the gospel, get out of your comfort zone. I myself am starting to embrace this more, I am coming to the realization that there are people who are sick and need an encouraging word from God. Some people may never pick up a bible or set foot in a church, so your words could be what they need. Every morning before I go into work, I pray, "God allow me to help someone even if I don't know I'm helping." I want His purpose and assignment to be fulfilled no matter where I am or who I'm talking too. I want people to see the God inside of me. I want people to know that I'm different. Although they may not know why, I know its the Holy Spirit living inside of me. I don't want to live my life knowing I didn't do what I could to help others. Honestly this should be everyone's goal! Even if you're not necessarily quoting scriptures, there are many ways you can impact a life. Displaying the fruits of the Spirit- love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control toward others could change their mindset on life. Of course we can't fix the world, but God chose us as servants to reach the ones that we can. The deeper you grow in God, the deeper you care for people. The goal is to love others the way Jesus loves, no matter who they are.
The world may never be the same, but what are the changes you are making?
I advise you to get a personal relationship with Jesus, let him change you from the inside out. Grow close to Him before its too late. If you already have a relationship with Him, pray against all distractions. Never let anything or anyone cause your relationship to grow weak. Live a righteous life so that others would be encouraged to do the same. In a world like today, we need Jesus more than anything. We have the faith and confidence that He will see us through and the world's actions will not affect who we are in Him. Stay strong, depend on Him and never let your faith fail.
For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith, as it is written, "The just shall live by faith." Romans 1:17
"The thief does not come except to steal and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they have it more abundantly ." John 10:10
"These things I have spoken to you, that in ME you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world." John 16:33
