Faith on Fire
Updated: Mar 25, 2022
I was reading Daniel 3, which is about Daniel, Meshach, Shadrach and Abednego being thrown into the fiery furnace. The amount of faith these men had was incredible! King Nebuchadnezzar wanted everyone to bow down to this golden image he created, but these men refused to serve any other god! As a result they were thrown into a furnace, but God sent his angel and protected them! There was not even a burn mark on them! If only people realized how great and amazing God truly is! Believe in what God can do for you! He is mighty and can do miracles for you! Believe that He can protect you from your enemies!
Why do we give in to what we see in front of us, causing our faith to deteriorate? Where is our faith? Where is the belief that God will save us? Why can't we be like Daniel and the 3 men? When there is fire put up against you, believe that you can walk through it. When a trial comes, don't give up, give it to God! Let your faith be on fire, not the fire take out your faith. God didn't create us to walk in fear, but to walk by faith. Be on fire for God, don't let the fire consume you. Your fire is anything that may be troubling you (illness, job, relationships, sin, etc.). God doesn't like to see his children to struggle, he wants better for you! Don't try to take matters in your own hands because you feel pressure from the world. Stand your ground just like Daniel did. Don't bow down to your fire! Know the God you serve, the one and only God who lives INSIDE of you. Ephesians 3:20- Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us. The miracles that God can do for you could possibly open the eyes of those around you. Your faith can change your situation! Speak life into your trials..."I WILL NOT.......","I WILL........",

"No weapon formed against me shall prosper!" Mark 11:23- For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, 'Be removed and be cast into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says. Be an example of having faith on fire.
